Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is broken or damaged, which would be validated via an uncut parcel opening video provided by the customer. This video should clearly show the condition of the parcel upon arrival and the product inside.
Damaged or Defective Items Return Process
We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive a broken or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at give.ishaarey@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 111222883 within 48 hours of receipt. Provide the uncut parcel opening video for validation. Once validated, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
