Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is broken or damaged, which would be validated via an uncut parcel opening video provided by the customer. This video should clearly show the condition of the parcel upon arrival and the product inside.
For Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement or full refund — at no extra cost to you.

2. Share an uncut parcel opening video that clearly show
- The outer condition of the parcel upon arrival.
- The process of opening the parcel.
- The damaged item in its original state
3. Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Please note: If applicable, Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and replacement products will be delivered within 3–7 days after receiving the damaged item.
